We are pleased to announce that the next General Assembly of the Association of Towns Awarded the Europe Prize will take place in Gaziantep, Turkey, on 10–11 June 2026.
The event will be hosted by the city of Gaziantep, in collaboration with the City of Lublin and the Association of Towns Awarded the Europe Prize, bringing together representatives of member cities honored with the Prize.
Participants are scheduled to arrive on 10 June 2026, with the General Assembly sessions taking place on 11 June 2026.
The Youth Forum will be the accompanying event of the General Assembly, which will take place from 7 to 13 June. The event will gather engaged young people aged 18-35 years old, from member cities who will participate in workshop sessions.
The programme will also include team-building activities aimed at fostering intercultural exchange, strengthening dialogue, and combating prejudice and stereotypes.
We encourage representatives of all member cities to take part in the event and to save the date in your calendars to ensure that you do not miss this unique opportunity.
Gaziantep’s engagement and readiness to host the General Assembly show its active role within the Association of Towns Awarded the Europe Prize.
