On April 4, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) announced the long-awaited shortlist of cities pre-selected as candidates for the Europe Prize 2023 – five are in the running.
These are:
- RAMBOUILLET (France)
- BAMBERG (Germany)
- PALANGA (Lithuania)
- BOLESLAWIEC (Poland)
- ODESSA (Ukraine)
The final selection decision will be made on April 25.
